HOKKAIDO SAKE NEWS

The winner of this year and the winner of the previous year will be able to participate in the national tournament in the Hokkaido Qualifiers for the “National Kikinake Championship” held by the Japan Brewing Association Central Association.
Schedule (plan) is as follows.
1) Implementation date
September 9, Wednesday 2nd 6:00 pm (competition start)
Reception hours are from 5:30 pm to 5:55 pm
2) Reception and competition venue
５5-chome, Minami 3-Jo Higashi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo
Nippon Sake Co., Ltd. 3F meeting room
3) Competition content
7We will apply seven types of sake (Daiginjo, Ginjo, Junmai, Honjozo, regular sake, low-alcohol sake, and unrefined sake).
4) Capacity
60 people (The deadline will be as soon as the capacity is reached.)

free
